EcoAct is an original founding member of ICROA, the International Carbon Reduction & Offset Alliance. ICROA was formed to drive standards in the industry, and to ensure that carbon offsetting was used within a well-established overall carbon reduction framework. EcoAct is a strategic partner in the implementation of the Gold Standard for the Global Goals. The standards provide the right safeguards, requirements and methodologies to measure and certify the impact that a project and its funders seek to deliver — from market instruments like carbon credits and Renewable Energy Labels to gender equality and improved health.

EcoAct reports to the UN Global Compact and is aligned with the compact’s goals through our responsible business approach.

We are a corporate member of the Institute of Environmental Measurement and Assessment (IEMA). We support the aims of IEMA in driving professional standards in our industry, and many of our staff are Associates and benefit from the continuous professional development this status brings.

As a participating private sector partner in the Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition (CPLC), we will ensure we are using best practice and adding our voice to the carbon pricing movement. We aim to provide our expertise to encourage further adoption and real climate action in the public and private sectors.

Our partnership combines EcoAct’s climate change consulting expertise with SupplyShift’s technology, allowing companies to deploy best-in-class climate action strategies within a scalable platform.
