The EcoAct story

EcoAct was founded in France in 2006 by Thierry Fornas and Gérald Maradan. Thierry and Gerald… In February 2017, the company joined forces with Alliantis, a leading organisation in strategic alliance consulting and CSR communication. In July 2017, it acquired Carbon Clear, a major British consulting company in the fields of energy, climate change and sustainable development, to form the EcoAct Group. In 2018 the partner companies consolidated their merger and re-branded under the singular name of EcoAct. In 2020, EcoAct was acquired by Atos, a global leader in digital transformation. As an Atos company, EcoAct now plans to strengthen its decarbonisation offerings to further support businesses with their climate ambitions and drive forward the net-zero transition.
