At EcoAct, we believe in a thorough and transparent hiring process to ensure the best fit for both candidates and our team. Our process typically takes 4 – 6 weeks and often consists of three stages designed to assess your skills, experience, and alignment with our mission and values.
Here’s what you can expect:
After reviewing your application, we’ll schedule a brief introductory call to discuss your background and provide you with an overview of the role and wider team context.
Depending on the role, you will either have a video interview with members of our team to dive deeper into your experience, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about EcoAct and the role, or you will carry out a skills assessment.
You’ll meet with additional members of the team, including a senior leader or executive team member for a final conversation. This is an opportunity to get to know each other further and ensure we’re aligned on expectations and values. It is likely at this stage you will be asked to prepare a presentation on a role-related topic. If successful, we’ll extend an offer and welcome you to the EcoAct team!
