The Role

If you are a communicator and wish to act in favour of positive change, this is the perfect role for you!

Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Department for Southern Europe (M&C) and working with the EcoAct Ibérica team, you will be responsible for marketing and communications projects in Spain and, occasionally, at international level.

You will contribute, in line with the overall strategic approach of the group, to the marketing and communication operations and actions carried out in Spain in order to increase our visibility, achieve our objectives, and develop the EcoAct and Atos brands. You will work daily with EcoAct experts and with your colleagues in the Marketing & Communications team to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns, targeted content, digital marketing, and collaboration between the sales and marketing teams.

  • Writing, translating, and proofreading relevant and tailor-made content to ensure quality deliverables (blog posts, customer case studies).
  • Management of EcoAct Ibérica’s press relations, including support for our agency, writing press releases, monitoring, and reporting on press coverage and monitoring the competition.
  • Participation in targeted marketing campaigns using all channels, including the website, social media, public relations, events, collateral marketing, internal communication, advertising, conferences, and events.
  • Animation of Spanish social media.
  • Strategy development for marketing campaigns, combined with ROI monitoring and regular reporting for EcoAct Ibérica.
  • Management and organization of events.
  • Participation in international and cross-functional M&C projects, especially in the convergence of our processes.
  • Support the M&C team on other operational issues as and when required.

About You

You are recognized for your ability to build trust and manage multiple projects while respecting tight deadlines. Your excellent writing skills (spelling, grammar, wording) will be key to this position.

Technical Skills/Experience:

You will have:

  • Good knowledge of the office pack (Excel, Word, Power Point) and familiarity with the Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) or equivalent (Canva, Promo, etc.).
  • Experience with Marketo, Hubspot, or other marketing automation platforms/software.
  • Proficiency in writing and developing content for a variety of channels.
  • You have a university degree and professional experience in a communication, marketing or equivalent department.
  • A good understanding of the issues related to sustainable development and the fight against climate change.
  • Full Spanish and English proficiency. French, Italian or German is a plus.

Non-Technical:

You will be:

  • Eager to learn and are passionate about responsible and innovative communication, digital marketing and the transmission of important information and technical knowledge. You are not afraid to challenge yourself and always look for improvement.
  • Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work autonomously and independently.
